Jacob Martin entertains the masses as a high-energy country/rock band. Led by singer/songwriter Jacob Martin the group also showcases the talents of Marco Kielholz on guitar/vocals, Dave Sieveking on bass guitar/vocals, and Josh Carlson on drums/percussion.

Since the first song, written in Jacob’s South St. Paul basement apartment just three years ago, the band has played hundreds of shows and opened for numerous regional and national acts. With song selection and audience spanning the generations, they perform an addicting mix of updated and classic hits that people will love to dance to.

Jacob Martin’s original work is no exception. It highlights themes of passion, love, and overcoming adversity by speaking from the heart about personal experiences. Through their collaborations Jacob Martin is finishing an 11-song debut country/rock album entitled “Country In The City,” scheduled for release summer of 2010. This album demonstrates the band's country roots with a mix of rock 'n' roll flavor to make a country rockin’ sound that appeals to country lovers nationwide.
